Conditions worth knowing

- Income-qualified customers may be eligible for additional rebates and services that cover up to the full cost of a heat pump and its installation.
- Non-ducted (mini-split) systems may be self-installed and still qualify; ducted systems require a Trade Partner Network contractor.
- Invoices and installations must be completed by December 31, 2026; rebate applications are accepted through September 30, 2027.
- Rebate amounts cannot exceed installation costs.
